Delivery and Returns

Our number one priority is to make you smile. If you get something that doesn’t make you smile, you can return any item not marked ‘Final Sale’ within 15 days of delivery for free. If your order arrives in anything less than perfect condition, contact our customer support team and we’ll work to get it fixed. 

Shipping and Delivery

Free shipping is available for purchase above MYR 80 for West Malaysia, and MYR 150 for East Malaysia.Free shipping applies to standard shipping only and will be calculated after any promotional discounts are applied. Deliveries occur only on weekdays and will be shipped out via local couriers of your selection. We partner with Gdex and Pos Laju for daily local delivery. All parcels are estimated to be despatched within 1-2 business days and should arrive your doorsteps within the following 2-3 business days. 

Currently we only ship to customers from Malaysia and soon to be extended to Singapore and Brunei(We're working on it!)

Returns and Replacements

We want you to be completely happy with your Wynora order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unopened products with original packaging. Any item that has been used or open cannot be returned unless defective. Returned products should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Product must be returned within 15 days of receipt of merchandise, and of course delivery charges will be on us, remember we're here to make you smile!

Returns Instructions

On the back of the packing slip enclosed with your Wynora order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment).

Enclose the return section of the packing slip with your item(s). Please use one of the return labels provided on the front of your packing slip to ensure proper return address and credit information. Restricted items must be returned using ground transportation.
